The program held an inspirational and cultural event for young women and girls from the Maryland,DMV(USA) area to embrace their womanhood, and learn life preparation skills.
The seminar hosted by the young beauty queen also supports her long term goal of making a difference in the lives of children in Sierra Leone, using support and guidance to bring in a positive light in their lives.
In her talk she spoke on women and girls honouring them selves, and enhancing their lifestyle choices in a way that will have a positive powerful impact on all areas of their lives.
Ya-Marie plans to hopefully visit Sierra Leone at the end of this year to carry out the plan on her project " Orphans Rising In Unity".
